Points Tracking
- Trip Points Earned: 7/1/09 - 6/30/10
- Once you complete level 1, your points start over again
- Points do not roll over to the next program year
- Unless the Yard Rewards program is extended by Griggs Lumber (a subsidiary of Carter Lumber), any purchase made after the annual program close will accumulate points toward the following year's program.
Earning Points
- For each dollar spent purchasing the following qualifying products on your Griggs Lumber account, you will earn the point value listed for that product category:
- 1 Point
- Moulding
- Trim
- Millwork
- Vinyl Siding
- Roofing
- Drywall
- Windows
- Doors
- 1-1/2 Point
- Cabinets
- Lighting
- Installed Sales
- Flooring
Points Redemption
- In order to redeem, account must be current and in good standing by July 31, 2010 for the June 30, 2010 statement (no exceptions).
- If customers are past due or are turned over to collection at any time, they shall forfeit their points.
- Trips must be redeemed from 8/01/10 – 8/30/10.
- Enrolled customers may “buy up” to a trip. Please call our Travel Planner at (330) 673-6100 ext. 489 for details and costs.
- All points are redeemed at the highest point value in the trip level.
- You must have a minimum of 200,000 qualified points to redeem.
Travel Redemption
- All trips are redeemed online. Log on to www.carterlumber.com/yardrewards. You will then be directed to the travel side of the website.
- Once you fill out a travel redemption form, our travel planner will be happy to work with you to make your trip enjoyable.
- Trips redeemed for Yard Rewards points may only be used by an authorized account holder or an employee of the participating company.
- Carter Lumber will schedule all trips as group events.
- If reservations are cancelled after tickets have been issued, neither the trip nor any points redeemed for the trip may be exchanged for another reward item. Customer is responsible for any cancellation fees incurred.
- Carter Lumber reserves the right to change or modify the trip before the reservation deadline date.
- Trip Points are only valid for “trip” redemption.
- Once points are redeemed for a trip, all points the customer has accumulated will be redeemed for that trip – there will be no “extra” points remaining.
- If you would like to redeem points for multiple trips, or “buy up” to a higher level trip, call our Travel Planner at (330) 673-6100 ext. 489 for details and costs.
- For example, the customer has earned 1,000,000 points and they want to add a second couple and attend the Orlando trip, they redeem each trip at the 500,000 point level. Under this scenario, the customer could receive two Orlando trips for their 1,000,000 points.
